NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Observers are weighing in with their own crisis-management advice for Burson-Marsteller CEO Mark Penn, who had moonlighted as chief adviser to Sen. Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. He was forced to resign the latter post, undone by a conflict of interest arising between Ms. Clinton and the nation of Colombia, a Burson client.
