Barack Obama won the election based on his promise of meaningful change, yet his own regulatory agencies are stuck in the Dark Ages. And we'll continue to spend billions on drugs that promise more than they deliver, are based on often shoddy research and have unknown side effects that could be worse than what they're supposed to cure.
