NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Few TV content producers can top Ken Burns for the worldwide acclaim and audiences his work has drawn. Over the past 30 years, Burns has produced 20 major documentaries -- some of them as long as 18 hours. And, beginning with his 1990 "The Civil War," they have also included some of the most remembered media events of the entire age of TV.
