Agency Report 2008 Questionnaires

Questionnaires for the 2008 Agency Report are now available for download.

Each year, Advertising Age publishes the Agency Report, a ranking of the largest ad agencies and marketing organizations. The project includes rankings and background financial data on more than 500 U.S.-based agencies as well as top marketing organizations worldwide. This page contains the forms that agencies need to fill out for the upcoming 2008 Advertising Age Agency Report.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, Feb. 15, 2008. The results will be published April 28, 2008.

You may download our various agency questionnaires for 2008 in either Microsoft Excel or PDF format.
Note: If the Excel version does not begin to download, but rather opens in your browser, right-click (click and hold on a Mac) on the link and chose "download link to disk" and then open the file from within Excel.

Agency Report Questionnaire:
A form to be used for the Agency Report (April 28, 2008) including reports on agency specialties. Traditional U.S. and non-U.S. agencies and specialty shops (digital, search marketing, direct marketing, sales promotion, business-to-business and healthcare) should fill out this form.

Media Agency Questionnaire:
This form is for U.S. and non-U.S. media-buying and planning companies. Contents will be used for the upcoming Agency Report.

This two-page form is for U.S. and non-U.S. independent agency networks.

Non-U.S. based agencies:
There is no longer a separate international questionnaire. Non-U.S. based agencies and marketing organizations should use the standard Agency Report Questionnaire above. Please use our exchange rates, available below, for currency conversion to U.S. dollars.
