Saatchi & Saatchi has named executives to a pair of newly created global posts, part of the company's continued restructuring efforts since Robert Senior became worldwide CEO in January.

Jeff Geisler will join the agency as chief marketing officer and Saatchi veteran Carol Miller-Repetto is taking on a new role as chief operating officer for the Procter & Gamble business.

"Both positions are an aggregation of responsibilities, which have been dispersed across senior management previously," said Brian Sweeney, an agency spokesman.

The appointments follow the naming of David Hackworthy as chief strategy officer, a newly created position; Jessica Hendrix as president of Saatchi & Saatchi X USA, following the retirement of Saatchi & Saatchi X Global CEO Dina Howell; and Julie Michael as President of Team One, succeeding Paul Mareski, who left the agency.

Mr. Geisler had been CMO at Roc Nation and previously held posts including exec VP-global brand director and head of business leadership at McCann Erickson. As CMO at Saatchi & Saatchi, starting Aug. 3 and based in New York, Mr. Geisler will focus on growing the brand and business initiatives exclusively in the creative industry.

Ms. Miller-Repetto had been exec VP-global equity director and brand agency leader for Saatchi, leading work on P&G's Head & Shoulders and Fixodent brands.

She has already transitioned into her new role, where she is tasked with heading the integrated communications efforts for the agency's P&G business. She will continue to work out of the London office.

"Saatchi & Saatchi is delighted to welcome Jeff and Carol to the leadership," Mr. Senior said in a statement. "We have momentum for growth, and in an industry based entirely on talent, it's critical to have the right people in the right positions."
