American Ad Scandals Have Nothing on U.K. Ad Scandals

By Published on .

Jonathan Durden, the man who put the D in Omnicom's PHD (and left in May to work for a smaller shop), is the unfortunate subject of a trashy tabloid story in the U.K. How bad is it? The headline is "My Hookers and Coke Shame." Among other things revealed in the story, he was a gigolo for five days to support his habit. Also, more disturbing, he was on reality show "Big Brother."

According to Brand Republic, "Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy has given Jonathan Durden its 'full support' after the agency's recently appointed partner admitted he was entering rehab for cocaine addiction. "
