A couple of weeks ago, I was sent the clip of the Bank of America guy singing a wonderful song about synergy to the tune of U2's "One." Then I forgot to post it. Luckily, The New York Times has made the entire episode fresh and newsworthy by pointing out that the lawyers at Universal are sending cease-and-desist letters. Boy, the video was bad enough. Now that lawyers are involved, I feel like I was watching a train wreck only to have a plane crash into the accident site.
