California Jumps the Shark (Again)

By Published on .

I'm sure the people responsible for marketing California as a viable place to relocate a business just love it when its own lawyers go out and do things like this.

"California filed a global warming lawsuit on Wednesday against Ford Motor Co., General Motors Corp., Toyota Motor Corp. and three other automakers, charging that greenhouse gases from their vehicles have cost the state millions of dollars."

Perhaps Californians would be better off suing the State of California for passing regulation after regulation after regulation, while scaring off business after business after business, costing the state millions of dollars.

No doubt the Attorney General, after announcing a lawsuit against Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan and Honda, walked all the way home.
