Canon Launches Battle of the Viral Video Superstars

By Published on .

Not all of Dentsu-related news is related to the lawsuit scandal. Dentsu has created a promotional campaign for Canon that pits viral-video masters in head-to-head battle. The effort, for the Canon HG10 AVCHD hard disk drive camcorder, features Barats & Bereta, Ricky "Lazy Dork" Stern, Gary "Numa Numa" Brolsma, Ben "Obama Girl" Relles, Chad Vader's Matt Sloan & Aaron Yonda and Glenn "lonelygirl15/OpAphid" Rubenstein. According to the release, "their mission was to create a never before seen viral video that answered Canon's challenge 'if the internet were to shutdown next week, what would your last video be?'"

Barats & Bereta, Stern and Relles worked under the Team Wolf banner and came up with something called "The Sexy Milk Jump." Rubenstein, Brolsma, Sloan and Yonda were known as the Amazing Falcons and produced a video called "A World w/o the Internet." They're both clever, but I'm casting my vote for "The Sexy Milk Jump."
