Even tough guys need comfy shoes

There ain't nothing like slipping into a comfortable pair of plastic clogs after several hours of beating the crap out of your opponent. Crocs, the so-ugly-they're-cute shoes du jour, have been named the official clog of both the National Hockey League and the National Football League.

Okay, so really it's just a licensing agreement, but I still love the idea of Peyton Manning leaving the Super Bowl in a pair of Crocs--consider how easily the Gatorade, beer, champagne, tears of defeat or what have you will wash off of them.

According to the Denver Business Journal: "Crocs already produces shoes branded with the logos of colleges and universities. The team-branded shoes will feature a primary team color for the clog and a secondary color for the strap, with the name and logo on the strap as well. "
