Two weeks ago, I noted that Hillary Clinton had landed a starring role as Big Brother in a remake of Apple's "1984" ad. Now it seems that all sorts of other media outlets, perhaps bored by events that matter, have discovered it. The Obama campaign says they're not behind it. I snagged it off a political blog. Now it seems to have crossed over into more mainstream blogs and media.
In the only thing that could possibly count as a development, an Apple spokesman, when asked if the company would demand the ad be pulled down, said the company had no comment. How very un-Viacom of them!
