Microsoft Spoofs Already on YouTube

Time will tell whether the publicity helps or hurts Microsoft, but the new consumer-focused ads for the PC maker from Crispin Porter & Bogusky are picking up some viral steam, with spoofs starting to make their way around on YouTube. A couple of examples below the jump.

This one uses the spot that broke last week to knock Microsoft operating system glitches. The parody inserts quirks as the commercial plays, and then breaks down and crashes in the middle of the spot, complete with Shutdown sound effects.

And here we see a, er, flatulating Gates.

With another installment that broke yesterday, we smell more spoofs on the way.
