According to a real estate report in the Wall Street Journal this week, the Katonah, N.Y. house—which formerly was owned by Sony Music executive Tommy Mottola (which may mean songstress Mariah Carey slept there!)—is 12,900 square feet and sits on 50 acres of land, boasting a bevy of over-the-top amenities such as garage space for 10 cars, a 20-seat home theater, a wine cellar, an ATV motocross track and a "writer's cottage."
So what's all that worth? Sara Arnell says $22 million.
That means the asking price is $4 million more than the revenue recorded for Arnell the ad agency, as of Ad Age 's last report of the primary holdings of parent Omnicom Group.
Interestingly, the WSJ piece makes no mention of Mr. Arnell, the controversial ad exec and former leader of the shop.
