Putting Ads on Trains. You're Doing it Wrong!

Remember a while back when I ranted that since the chuckleheads who run the MTA can't count from year to year and are always running into budget issues, they should put ads all over the subways? I almost felt bad insinuating that the place was run by morons. Now? Not so much. With all the usable space outside and inside of a subway car, where do they place an ad? In the window.
