What does healthy living look like? According to GE Healthcare, you. And to paint a global picture of a disease-free world, the company is joining design firm Frog Design in asking people everywhere to add photos of themselves and their healthy habits to a growing online gallery. Starting today, April 7—which happens to be World Health Day 2006—each photo will be broadcast on one of six digital billboards in Times Square over the next month, and every participant will be emailed a pic of their healthy image on display in New York. And those who happen to be in the Big Apple today can check out the live event from 10-4, as passersby hop into special photo booths and have their images instantly flashed onto a 23-story high screen at 43rd Street and Broadway. There's even a live webcam on the "Picture a Healthy World" microsite providing a real-time look at the festivities.
