Holiday shopping driving you to distraction? A new viral film promoting PlayStation's newly-released Ratchet Gladiator video game offers up a destructive alternative in the form of the Mechanical Death Spider. Created by London-based production company Maverick and director Ben Wheatley, the film parodies the over-the-top style of typical toy commercials to show off the Spider's many uses—including neutralizing dogs and gunning down strangers—before directing visitors to a microsite for the PS2 game.
