This Roster of One Does Not Live Up to Its Name

Funny man Harold Einstein was no dummy when he broke out in 2014 to open his own company of that name, featuring a roster of one, himself. With the help of his one executive producer Eric Liney and his one office manager named Liz, he's continued to deliver some the industry's finest comedic moments with more off-kilter funnies for Kayak.com and Little Caesars with longtime agency partner Barton F. Graf 9000.

But he also went on to apply his quirky point of view to unexpected categories such as milk, credit cards, toilets, furniture and weed killer.

In a Cannes Lion-winning ad via McGarry Bowen London, he depicted a self-satisfied homeowner who leisurely eviscerates his garden invaders through ping pong matchers, barbecues, spray tans and more, with the help of his long-lasting Weedol.

For Value City Furniture and Translation he shot hilarious pair of spots of couples appreciating to their brand new furniture to an absurd extreme, including one with a pair whose lush leather couch ends up making their old coffee table seem like something their cat left on the doorstep.

For VISA and BBDO New York he captured a young dude who walks in on his parents doing something he'd like to wipe clean from his brain. For California Milk Processors Board and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, he told the silly but sweet story of a girl who encounters her down in the dumps future self who changes her fate by convincing the girl to drink more of the white stuff.
