Ad Age's Small Agency Conference is headed to Miami Beach on July 19 and 20. Gathering more than 250 agency executives, creative teams and marketers, the event is designed specifically for small- to mid-size agencies and the challenges they face.
On July 20, the daylong discussion at 1 Hotel South Beach will tackle timely topics such as what it takes to be flexible and nimble in today's rapidly transforming business environment; how ideas born within agencies can make a wider social impact; and why culture is about more than just free beer. Also on the agenda is the popular Behind the Work Series, curated by Ad Age's sibling publication Creativity, where brands and their agency partners will reveal the stories behind groundbreaking campaigns.
Even better? The event is built for interaction, with plenty of opportunities for networking — kicking off with a beachside cocktail party on July 19 — and a workshop where attendees will learn the strengths and weaknesses of their own organizations.
The conference will be capped off with the seventh annual Small Agency Awards at Briza on the Bay.
