Olson's move to Minneapolis' historic Ford Center wasn't the typical case of a fast-growing agency simply outgrowing its old digs and trading up for more square feet. The agency -- which counts Target , General Mills, MillerCoors, Wrigley, Best Buy and Amtrak among its clients -- has been one of Minneapolis' fastest-growing shops for years, but its 2010 and 2011 acquisitions of loyalty, PR and mobile agencies changed the scale and nature of the business. Suddenly, it not only had employees in sizable offices in Chicago and Toronto, but it also had a broad set of capabilities that lent itself to collaboration between far-flung corners of the agency. Its new space would have to be both versatile and creative -- and it found both in its new digs in the in the emerging North Loop neighborhood.
