We'll celebrate the top-ranked companies across our industry in the 2015 Best Places to Work report, published in our print issue and online on November 9.
Companies ranked on the final list can promote their unique cultures, as well as understand how they stack up against competitors. Each company will receive a complimentary report summarizing responses from participants across the ad agency, ad tech and media sectors.
Ad Age works with Buck Consultants, which has nearly a century of experience in employee and human-resource consulting, to conduct employer and employee surveys which identify the companies with the best benefits and the most-engaged employees.
In 2014, Ad Age highlighted 40 of the best places to work. Hailing from around the country, these companies did an exemplary job of crafting cultures that attract, foster and reward the best minds in our industry. Their ability to recruit, develop and retain talent makes the difference between success and failure, winning business and falling behind the competition.
Among the 2014 highlights: Centro, whose CEO thinks what matters most is a person's heart, work ethic, imagination, intellectual curiosity and critical thinking -- rather than what degree they have or where it's from; Wpromote, whose workplace looks more like a college dormitory than a corporate office; TM Advertising, where you can identify the agency's dog lovers, bikers, runners and even carpenters using search filters featured prominently on the agency's website; and DigitasLBi, which received a shout out from an employee for "genuine concern over work-life balance and ensuring that employees are happy."
