Fourth quarter
A Goodyear spokesman said it plans to have a new agency in place in the fourth quarter.

Consultant Jones Lundin Beals, New York and Chicago, is handling the review.

The tire maker put the account into review in August, a year after consolidating ad duties with Arnold Worldwide, Boston, and media buying and planning with Havas sibling MPG, New York. MPG remains the media agency.
