AMD NARROWS REVIEW TO THREE

Decision on $30 Million Global Account Expected in March

SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- Semiconductor company Advanced Micro Devices has narrow the review for its $25 million to $30 million global account to three agencies.

are Bcom3 Group's LBWorks, Chicago, formerly Leo Burnett Technology; Interpublic Group of Cos.' McCann-Erickson Worldwide, San Francisco; and WPP Group's Y&R Advertising, San Francisco.

A decision is expected in March, according to review consultant Select Resources International, West Hollywood, Calif.

Interpublic's Hill Holliday Connors Cosmopulos, Boston, is AMD's domestic agency. Publicis Groupe's Publicis, London, was the lead European resource.
