The foundation is best known for its youth-oriented anti-smoking campaign "Truth." It develops programs stressing youth activism and grassroots efforts to combat smoking.
Last month the foundation said Havas' Arnold Worldwide, Boston; Crispin Porter & Bogusky, Miami; and Omnicom Group's GSD&M, Austin, Texas, would split its $65 million advertising account.
In January, American Legacy enlisted Media Head, New York, as its media agency, replacing Havas' Media Planning Group, New York.
