BOSTON (AdAge.com) -- The Massachusetts Department of Public Health has selected Havas Advertising's Arnold Worldwide, Boston, to continue as agency of record for its estimated $8 million to $14 million anti-smoking advertising account.

The announcement follows a three-month review that included Allen & Gerritsen and Modernista!, both Boston.

The government account must be reviewed every five years. The agency has had the account since 1994.
