NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Bank of America, Charlotte, N.C., is contacting agencies about a business-to-business assignment estimated at approximately $20 million.

A spokesman said the bank will retain Interpublic Group pf Cos.' Bozell Worldwide, New York, for its consumer efforts, but is sending requests for proposals for marketing efforts aimed at businesses from its global corporate investment, small business, Bank of America Capital Management and commercial banking units.

Requests are due Oct. 17, and a short list will be chosen by the end of the month.

Kiernan/Group, Weston, Conn. is handling the review, which is expected to wrap up by the end of the year.
