Matlock succeeds Washington Daniel Advertising, Chicago, which won the account in June 2000.
Matlock was a finalist last year in Nissan North America's $15 million urban account review. The agency's other clients include Bell South, Publix Supermarkets, Dell Computer Corp. and Coca-Cola Co.
