BOEING POSTPONES REVIEW DECISION

SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- Boeing has postponed today's expected decision on its $70 million to $80 million global account review due to world events.

Consultant Bob Wolf of Bob Wolf Partners/TPG, said final presentations were made to Boeing's selection committee last Thursday and Friday. The committee's recommendation, along with a brief creative presentation from each finalist, was to have been made today to the company's CEO and vice chairman.

"The decision is on hold until we can reschedule," Mr. Wolf said.

Finalists in the pitch, limited to agencies in Boeing's new Chicago hometown, included Interpublic Group of Cos.' Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide, Omnicom Group's BBDO Worldwide and WPP Group's J. Walter Thompson. FCB Worldwide, Seattle, was the incumbent.
