Customer-Relationship Marketing and Interactive Work

CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Diageo's Guinness-UDV North America selected Havas' Brann Worldwide, Wilton, Conn., as its first agency for customer-relationship marketing and interactive work in the U.S., said Andrea Franklin, executive vice president and chief strategy officer at Brann.

Brann won the business after a review of undisclosed agencies.

Spending was not disclosed.

A spokesman at Diageo could provide no further information at this time.
