The effort will feature Howie Mandel, host of "Deal or No Deal," and launch in the midst of holiday season. Mr. Mandel starred in last year's campaign as well.

Buy.com spent $10.9 million in measured media in 2007, according to TNS Media Intelligence. It spent $4.9 million during the first half of 2008.
