Decision on $100 Million Four-Year Effort Expected By Year's End

SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) --The California State Lottery has narrowed the review for its four year, $100 million advertising account to four agencies.

They are: Butler, Shine Stern, Sausalito, Calif. Omnicom Group's DDB Worldwide, Los Angeles, and TBWA/Chiat/Day, San Francisco; Interpublic Group of Cos.' Foote, Cone Belding Worldwide, San Francisco and Grey Global Group's Grey Worldwide, Los Angeles, the incumbent.

A decision is expected by the end of the year.
