NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Five-state wireless network Cellular South confirmed it is reviewing agencies for its $8 million to $12 million creative and media advertising account.

The incumbent, Maxxcom's Fletcher Martin Ewing, Atlanta, declined to participate.

The Jackson, Miss.-based wireless carrier, with more than 5 million customers in Mississippi, the Alabama Gulf Coast, Florida Panhandle, southwest Tennessee and west Arkansas, is said to be looking for a mid-sized shop without regard to geographical location.

Select Resources International, West Hollywood, Calif., is the consultant handling the review.
