Interpublic's Foote Cone & Belding Worldwide, New York, will retain Chase's corporate and credit advertising. The first campaign from Martin will appear in early 2004.
A Chase spokeswoman would not comment on the review process, but Chase had been reportedly meeting with agencies last summer. At the time, the company said it was seeking ideas.
Billings were not disclosed, but JPMorgan Chase spent $14 million on advertising for its consumer services business in 2002, according to TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
