A spokeswoman for Crispin Porter, part of MDC Communications Corp., said the agency dropped out because "it wasn't the right fit."

Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners and Interpublic Group of Cos.' Bozell, both New York, and Omnicom Group's TBWA/Chiat/Day, Playa del Rey, Calif., remain in the review.

New York-based consultant Combustion is handling the review.
