LOS ANGELES (AdAge.com) -- Vivendi Universal's Universal Studios, Torrance, Calif., is expected to name davidandgoliath, Los Angeles, its creative agency for its $30 million to $40 million theme parks account.

Interpublic Group of Cos.' Martin Agency, Richmond, Va.; Havas Advertising's McKinney & Silver, Raleigh, N.C.; and Doner, Southfield, Mich., were the other agencies competing in the last round of the review for the business.

Havas' Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/Euro RSCG, New York, was the incumbent.

Universal executives couldn't comment by press time.
