Eliminated from the review were incumbent BrightHouse, the Atlanta boutique agency that has handled the creative account for the past year, and Publicis Group's Starcom, which had media planning and buying. Omnicom's TBWA/Chiat/Day, New York, was also eliminated from the creative portion of the review.
Delta is the nation's third-largest carrier.
