Three Interpublic Group of Cos. shops -- Mullen in Wenham, Mass.; Lowe, New York; and Martin Agency, Richmond, Va. -- will compete against Omnicom Group's Martin/Williams, Minneapolis, and BBDO Worldwide, New York, and Havas' Arnold Worldwide, Boston.

Interpublic's Campbell-Ewald in Warren, Mich., had handled the account until May, when the agency and marketer parted ways.

Pile & Co., Boston, is managing the review. Finalists will be identified in early July, with a decision expected a month later.

The Indianapolis-based Delta received $11.5 million in measured media last year and $258,000 in the first three months of this year, according to TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
