Crain's, a sibling publication of Advertising Age, teamed up with Quantum Market Research to conduct the study, surveying 25,399 employees at more than 300 companies across the city. Among the small, medium, and large companies included on the list, Deutsch earned the No. 15 spot for its employee-training and goal-based performance initiative, while ID Media earned No. 41 for its employee breakfasts, online Q&A and Friday happy hours. Compared to other companies with more than 500 employees, Deutsch ranked even higher, at No. 6.
