Future Campaign Will Seek to Encourage E-Filing

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- The Internal Revenue Service, Washington, D.C., has awarded its $20 million account to Interpublic Group of Cos.' Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide, New York, the agency said in a statement.
