NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- General Motors Corp. will hear pitches in mid-October for its $3 million Asian-American account from four minority-owned agencies.

On that list vying for the account are: A Partnership, New York; AdAsia Communications, New York; Admerasia, New York; and InterTREND, Torrance, Calif.

The automaker's last Asian-American agency, Innovasia, Los Angeles, pitched for Chrysler Group's multicultural account with Interpublic Group of Cos.-backed GlobalHue, and was later bought by the agency.
