Shop Wins Online Banker's Creative Account

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- ING Group's ING Direct, Bloomington, Del., has awarded its creative account to Bartle Bogle Hegarty, New York, the agency said.

Neither the client nor the agency would discuss billings, but one executive close to the review estimated it at $30 million.

The win is the third this year for Bartle Bogle's New York office, which previously captured accounts for Levi Strauss & Co. and AOL Time Warner's Roadrunner service.

Bartle Bogle bested WPP Group's Berlin Cameron/Red Cell, New York, and Interpublic Group of Cos.' Martin Agency, Richmond, Va. Pile and Co., Boston, was the consultant.

Bartle Bogle is 49% owned by Publicis Groupe.
