J&J SHIFTS PRINT DUTIES TO OMD

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Johnson & Johnson moved its print buying assignment to Omnicom Group's OMD, effective in 2003, from sibling Advanswers.

OMD will create a dedicated unit for the account, according to executives at J&J.

The packaged good giant spent $216 million in print last year, according to Taylor Nelson Sofres' CMR.
