The contenders are New York-based agencies Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, Wolf Group, Havas' Arnold and Interpublic Group of Cos.' Hill Holliday Connors Cosmopulos, said Brad Kirk, vice president of marketing.

Jergens incumbent Bozell, New York, merged with sibling Interpublic shop Lowe in February. Due to a conflict, the client called a review.

The review consultant on the project is AAR Partners, New York.
