Marketing Assignment Is for One Year

NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- The New Jersey Economic Development Authority is seeking proposals from marketing and communications firms for an estimated $5 million, one-year campaign to market New Jersey as the premier location for businesses.

The EDA is seeking agencies with at least five years' experience carrying out marketing campaigns comparable in size and complexity. In addition to marketing New Jersey as a top commerce location, the EDA wants to increase domestic and international businesses locating, expanding and remaining in the state.

According to the EDA, the campaign will include a mix of advertising, collateral materials and other communication strategies to reach businesses seeking locations for their operations.

Request for proposals will be available for pick up June 26. The request may also be downloaded at from the EDA's Web site.
