Most recently, the privately held company has been pushing away from its copy image and moving toward a business-services positioning.
Kinko's last campaign, which ran during the Academy Awards broadcast, used the tagline "Kinko's -- We're doing more."
The company has 1,100 retail outlets globally. Kinko's spent $18.2 million in 2000 in measured media and $14.2 million for the first half of this year, according to Taylor Nelson Sofres' CMR.
Kinko's executives did not return calls for comment at press time.
