Beat two finalists
Martin, part of the Interpublic Group of Cos., beat out two finalists, sibling agency Carmichael-Lynch, Minneapolis, and independent Richards Group, Dallas. The account's incumbent, independent Doner, Southfield, Mich., declined to participate in the review, which was managed by Hasan & Co., Raleigh, N.C.

Martin's work on the account will begin immediately with media planning and print creative chores.

Recently won Discover
The Richmond, Va.-based agency found out about the win Friday, just days after it was notified it won Discover Financial's $80 million account.
