All Roster Shops Seek Toy Maker's Creative Assignments

SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- Mattel has named four finalists in the review for the creative portion of three pieces of its toy business, a company spokeswoman said.

Mattel, which last year spent $182 million on advertising, according to Taylor Nelson Sofres' CMR, said it wants to "maximize efficiencies.

The three assignments are for the boys/entertainment division; Fisher Price's Infants & Preschool licensed entertainment properties; and an international assigment.
