"We have always wanted to add a creative consulting component to our services to help our clients improve and increase the value of their agency relationships," R3:JLB CEO David Beals told Ad Age . "We're looking at this as an enhancement we've been trying to do for a long time. We needed someone with a powerhouse creative reputation, and Nina is that person."
"One of the biggest challenges marketers face is managing their creative agency and getting the most from the creative people they depend on," Ms. DiSesa said in a statement. "The reality is that it's not that hard if you understand a creative person's hot buttons and how to push them. Marketers need a better understanding of the pivotal role they themselves play in getting more respect and better creative work from their agency partners."
