SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- H&R Block, Kansas City, Mo., has narrowed the review for its anticipated $10 million Hispanic account to three independent agencies.

Incumbent Omnicom Group's Dieste Hamel & Partners, Dallas, had declined to participate.

Interpublic Group of Cos.' Campbell Mithun, Minneapolis, remains agency of record handling general advertising and direct marketing for the overall H&R Block brand.
