Matlock replaces Publicis Groupe's Burrell Communications Group, Chicago. Spending on the account was not disclosed.
"We just wanted to take a new and different approach," Ms. Brock said. The Columbus, Ohio-based insurer is broadening its markets, both geographically and in its mix of products, she said.
