Publicis Groupe, led by its Fallon Worlwide unit in Minneapolis, will oversee global efforts for the Purina umbrella brand as well as individual Pro Plan, O.N.E., Dog Chow and Puppy Chow brands. Fallon previously handled only U.S. advertising for all but Pro Plan.
